5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, graphics, and materials created by Genesis Media as part of our services shall remain the intellectual property of Genesis Media unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement. You retain ownership of any materials you provide to us.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Genesis Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, resulting from your use of our services.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of our business relationship. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• All outstanding fees become immediately due
• Each party shall return or destroy confidential information
• Any prepaid fees for unused services will be refunded pro-rata

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

We strive to deliver excellent results, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Results may vary based on market conditions, competition, and other factors.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Genesis Media, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Genesis Media operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
